How do I let eWorker know we’ve made an offer to a candidate or that they have accepted an offer? What does it cost to use eWorker? What happens if we hire someone but it doesn’t work out? Can we hire part-time, freelance or contract candidates? I’m a non-technical founder looking for my first tech talent. Do you work with such startups without Engineering managers?

What happens if we hire someone but it doesn’t work out?

If you hire a candidate via eWorker and things don’t work out within the first 3 months, we’ll replace the talent without charging an additional fee.
