Here’s a guide for you to know about the eWorker platform process as a candidate.


Create your profile


Onboarding process

Once you’ve signed up, we recommend completing your profile as it will improve your chances of coming onboard. After completing your profile to at least 90%, you can book an onboarding call.


Our team will look at your profile to see if your skills match the requirement needed by the companies hiring on eWorker. You will be given feedback within 48 hours. 

After you sign up, you’ll be able to update your eWorker profile. Your profile will only be visible to yourself and the eWorker team initially. Here’s an example of a complete profile. Check out our guide on how to create your eWorker profile to assist you with the process.

Onboarding process


Once you’ve signed up, we recommend completing your profile as it will improve your chances of coming onboard. After completing your profile to at least 85%, you can book an onboarding call.


Our team will look at your profile and see if your skills match the requirement needed by the companies hiring on eWorker. You will be given feedback within 48 hours.


Take your preferred skill assessment


After your onboarding call, you’re required to take a skills assessment based on your preferred technology/skill. The result from the assessment will be used to determine your strength and your result would be displayed on your profile for potential employers to see.


Meet your talent manager


You will be assigned to a talent manager after acing the skill assessment, who is to serve as a guide during your eWorker journey. Your talent manager is there to assist you improve your profile, share insight's about companies and help prepare you for interviews.


Apply to your dream job


Your profile will be made visible for companies by your talent manager upon completion of the above steps. You can now apply for a job of your choice with companies of your choice.

Currently, lots of companies use eWorker to hire tech talent and we have more coming on board every all the time.

Get interview requests from companies


You will be sent an interview request by companies interested in you. Details about the role will be included in the request. You can view the company profile to find more details about the organisation and images of the company also. You are to respond to interview requests within 48 hours after it was sent.


Choose your dream job


You get to decide the company you want to work with by comparing salaries, the work you’ll be doing, work environment, learning opportunities, and perks that companies offer.
