How to message a Candidate

This guide is to assist you in sending messages to candidates easily.
Step 1. To chat with Candidates, click on [candidates] at the top menu and scroll down to locate the profile you want to chat with.
Step 2. Click on [start chat] at the left to start or continue the conversation. Press enter once done with your message. The Candidate will receive your message and reply as soon as possible.
Step 3. To view chat replies from a candidate, either click on the chat icon on the footer of our website or click on [chat/messages] menu item. You will be able to access your chat history from both places.
